Analytics

We use PostHog and Loam Data Product Analytics to understand how people use Agents for Data and to improve the product. We also use Sentry to diagnose application errors.

The Loam Data analytics stream contains privacy-reviewed product usage events, page paths, anonymous and session identifiers, and the account ID when you are signed in. Depending on the feature, it may also contain coarse categories such as a file format or file-size range. It does not contain uploaded file contents, file names, prompts, messages, email addresses, or support-request content. These events are stored in a protected, system-managed analytics table.

AI

We use AI services from companies such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and Fireworks to provide you with AI insights into your data.
